5. Government Subsidy

We assist customers with subsidy documentation wherever applicable.

• Subsidy approval is solely at the discretion of the Government.

6. Net Metering

We provide documentation and assistance for net metering applications.

Approval depends entirely upon the respective DISCOM and applicable regulations.

7. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends upon the respective manufacturers.

• Tata Structura

Warranty claims shall be governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Ensure legal ownership or authorization of the installation site.
• Make payments as agreed.
• Provide site access for survey, installation, inspection, and maintenance.

9. Payment Terms

Payments shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments may delay project execution.

Ownership of supplied equipment remains with Karni Solar Power Solution until full payment is received.

10. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before procurement of equipment.

If equipment has already been ordered or work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply based on actual expenses incurred.

11. Limitation of Liability

Karni Solar Power Solution shall not be liable for losses arising due to:

• Natural disasters
• Power grid failures
• Government policy changes
• Customer negligence
• Unauthorized modification of installed systems
• Third-party equipment failures

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided.

12. Intellectual Property
